Job Description

Educator II – Team Lead, ROPS Credits 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 5200 Virginia Way, Brentwood, TN 37027 5200 Virginia Way, Brentwood, Tennessee, 37027-7569, United States of America •ROPS Experience Required•Educator II/ Team Lead supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs. They will provide an impactful learning experience and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by managing and delivering new hire role-based training and other professional/personal development training. This position will work collaboratively with teammates, project partners, and leaders to develop, test, and maintain training courses, materials, and tools to improve the efficiency of business operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages learning programs & evaluates learning Impact- prioritizes and implements training projects and activities & uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact. Manages and implements projects and action plans with minimal supervision Coordinates with leadership, program sponsors and other resources Able to schedule and execute stakeholder meetings to review training status Drives the analysis and interpretation of the evaluation data Makes recommendations to aid decision-making around curriculum Creates and maintains the Curriculum Plan Design and develop learning assets to be included in a training program and/or curriculum including: Develop training plans, design documents, and analysis documentation with minimal supervision Design, write, edit, and develop audience-appropriate, clear and concise training materials and tools Consult/collaborate with subject matter experts Evaluate and assess instruction and its impact Host project calls with SMEs and project stakeholders Perform quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed Modify existing instructional materials Promote collaboration, partnerships and relationships among the participants in a project Ability to perform well and remain organized under pressure and tight deadlines Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled Flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules Training Deliver- deliver informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective Prepares for training delivery for in-person and remote training solutions with minimal supervision Delivers training using various learning methodologies with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be an RS II or above to apply 2 years Revenue Cycle experience High School diploma Highly organized, detail-oriented with a self-starter approach Strong organization and time-management skills Excellent presentation skills (oral and written). The ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and the aptitude to respond effectively to sensitive and confidential information using discretion and judgment is essential to handle the responsibilities of the position
