Job Description
To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to: Mentor and coach new production associates to further develop competencies and career paths Develop new and as needed improve upon existing training materials Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values Assist with on-the-job training with new production associates including new hire orientation Evaluate and determine training needs of production associates Audit completed training and identify training gaps Required experience: Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years equivalent experience related to continuous improvement, supervision or workforce training Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of associates while maintaining appropriate boundaries and accountability
