As vital members of the school leadership team, school counselors create a school culture of success for all. School counselors design and deliver school counseling programs that improve student outcomes. •Applicants must have a Florida certificate in School Counseling or be able to get their certification. Applicants who are finishing a school counseling program or mental health counseling program will also be considered. Must speak English and Spanish. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identifying issues affecting school performance, such as absenteeism.
