Learning Specialist Applications Accepted Starting 6/10/2025 ApplicationReview Starting 6/18/2025 The Academic Skills Center (ASC) promotesacademic, cognitive, and personal growth in all Miss Hall’s Schoolstudents and is a resource for the adult members of the School communityas well as for students. We are seeking a collaborative educator whowill work closely with the Director of the Academic Skills Center toserve our students and to collaborate with educators to provideindividualized academic support and meet the needs of all students. Requirements + Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree (master’spreferred) in a related field, with experience working as a LearningSpecialist at the high school or college level
- Provide ongoingindividualized academic support and coaching for identified students
- Collaborate with administration, faculty, and families to supportstudents with learning differences
- Partner with the Director of theASC to create and implement individual learning plans for students inneed of academic support
- Act as a resource and provide professionaldevelopment for faculty in the areas of learning differences, executivefunctions, and cognitive skill-building
- Willingness to participate ininterdisciplinary and innovative curricular design and partnership
- Demonstrated interest in and commitment to working with students ofvaried academic levels and interests.
- Demonstrated ability tointegrate classroom technologies to enhance teaching and learning
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion and to serving adiverse, global community
