Position Overview Love working with kids and teens? Then this opportunity is for you! We are seeking a dedicated, full-time clinician to join our school-based counseling team. This role involves providing direct counseling services to students in grades K-12 within our partnering school districts. We are seeking a dedicated, full-time clinician for our school-based counseling team to provide direct services to K-12 students within partnering districts. This position requires travel to local school locations and occasional after school and evening hours to conduct intakes and family sessions. Key Responsibilities Provide individual counseling services to students grades K-12 in school settings Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans appropriate for in-school counseling services Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to support student wellness and promote academic success Offer monthly family sessions and/or parent meetings to review treatment planning and monitor progress Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation and progress notes Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field Currently hold LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or working towards one of these Massachusetts licensures Experience working with children and adolescents Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and schedule sessions effectively across multiple locations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between school sites within a designated radius What We Offer Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits package Supportive team environment with experienced clinical leadership Autonomy in scheduling and case management Individual and Group Supervision towards licensing hours
