MA License as Guidance Counselor and/or Adjustment CounselorAbility to handle a multitude of varying and complex issuesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and respond effectively within timelinesAbility to use technology effectively

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group support to studentsSupport students with their academic, social/emotional, and post-graduate planning needsWork collaboratively with counseling colleagues, teachers and administratorsConsult and collaborate with families and outside agencies to support student needsFacilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders regarding student needsConducts self with integrity, and demonstrates ethical behavior and a positive role model at all timesKnowledge of the unique physical, psychological, and social changes student experience and a desire to help students grow in these areasKnowledge of scheduling classes, MCAS, and 504’s

Salary:
