Guidance Counselor:

seeking two guidance counselors Full-Time Position | Endeavor Charter School Are you passionate about supporting young learners and shaping a positive school culture? Endeavor Charter School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Elementary School Guidance Counselor to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging SEL instruction to small and large groups, including K-2 weekly enrichment classes OR a rotating middle school elective course Provide individualized and small group counseling using evidence-based practices Collaborate with the Intervention, 504, and Exceptional Children’s teams to address social-emotional concerns Partner with the School Culture Committee to organize events that promote mental health, inclusivity, and well-being Guide students and families through the high school transition process, including registration and informational sessions and overseeing graduation planning Design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive developmental guidance program Facilitate effective referral processes for additional student support Promote a respectful and inclusive school environment that celebrates diversity Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Lead monthly family trainings in collaboration with school leadership Participate in carpool duty as part of school operations Build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards outlined by

NCDPI and ASCA What We’re Looking For:
