The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of students. This position involves working closely with children, staff, service providers, and families. Duties Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, focusing on personal, social, and academic issues. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive network for students. Teach SEL classes to middle school students as part of the unified Arts rotations. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions,student progress, and mandated reporter documentation. Assist with transition planning for students moving to grade 5 and to grade 9 at Pembroke Academy. 504 plan case management State testing oversight This position requires a current NH certification credential.
