Title:
School Counselor
Reports to: Director of Student Services and Building Principals
Available:
Start of 2025-2026 school year
Terms of Employment:
Salary in accordance with the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Description:
Provide the necessary school guidance, including individual counseling, small and large group counseling, staff and student orientation, test preparation, administration and interpretation, information maintenance and dissemination, and cooperation with staff, administration and the community.
Requirements:
Must possess PA School Counselor Certification
Pre-Employment Paperwork Requirements:
PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
PDE 6004
Form (Act 24)
Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
