SUMMARY :
The Commissions Inquiry Specialist is responsible for the research and resolution of Commission Inquiries. Demonstration of a basic knowledge of all supplier processes. Communication with both Partners & Suppliers in regards to inquiry status and resolution with guidance from the Commission Inquiry Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Includes the following: Receives commission inquiries from Partners via different forms of communication (email, phone, web inquiry, etc) and logs them into the issue-tracking database for tracking actions necessary to resolve issue Performs all necessary research to resolve each commission inquiry. This includes checking current & previous supplier commission reports, various internal databases, supplier portals, contacting the Supplier involved. Coordination with Senior Commission Resolution Specialist for further research Communicates with Senior Commission Inquiry Specialist, Partners and Suppliers throughout the research cycle until the issue is resolved Proficiency in working in fast-paced , complex, dynamic, multi-cultural business environment Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment Attends job related training, as well as, seminars that would enhance job performance Performs other assigned tasks as required Back-up to
Senior Commission Inquiry Specialist Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Key Working Relationships:
Partners, Suppliers, Internal Colleagues, Sr. Commission Inquiry Specialist, and Commission Inquiry Coordinator.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
: The preferred qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided. Customer service experience a plus Positive attitude regardless of situation Email and Office etiquette a must Quick leaner of Microsoft Office Applications and any ERM Software Excellent communication skills Office experience a plus Telecommunications experience a plus Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as the ability to work independently
Compensation:
Compensation Range:
$50,000-$55,000 Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
