Liaison between donor families and the LOH, UAB, as well as donor hospitals. To act as a conduit through which all anonymous mail between donor families and recipients is channeled and to assist the donor families through their grieving process while maintaining good rapport and professionalism with all clients and co-workers.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor’s degree. One to three years experience in program development and implementation. Previous counseling experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Preferred:
Degree in Psychology/Master’s in Counseling. Experience and familiarity with medical terms and healthcare.
