1027 Location – Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL Digital Diagnostics is looking for a Clinical Specialist who will serve as a LumineticsCore™ Operator to join our growing team. As a Clinical Specialist you will work directly with customers to provide Digital Diagnostics services to patient populations by serving as the on-site point of contact and conducting patient exams.
Job Responsibilities:
Capture retinal images using Digital Diagnostics approved devices
Set clear expectations with patients regarding the exam purpose and protocol
Assist diverse patient populations in a clinical setting
Communicate results to the patient at conclusion of exam
Coordinate workflow with medical team(s) across several clinical sites
Identify, advocate for and implement process improvements as needed
Setup & breakdown of workstations at each location
Adapt to challenges, learn quickly, identify best paths forward and coordinate execution of solutions
Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Ads to health system employment policies, in addition to those of Digital Diagnostics What You’ll Bring to the Team Experience working in a clinical setting

Ability and willingness to travel (locally) up to 100% of the time and travel between multiple locations 2+ years working in a medical professional environment Experience conducting ophthalmic imaging on patients is a plus
Ability to fill a range of roles as needed, including a willingness to learn new skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
