Excellent business and domain knowledge of the North American Life Annuity Insurance industry especially in Billing
Majesco Billing knowledge is desired
Experience working with Oracle SQL and PLSQL concepts such as procedures functions views packages and writing queries to help with data extraction
Knowledge and working experience of agile methodology is mandatory
Should preferably have a development background
Experience and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently remotely and as part of a team
Comfortable working remotely and able to work across time zones and with remote teams
