Job Description

Worksite Evaluator Land of Goods Vocational Consulting Tampa, FL 33602 Worksite Evaluator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and compassionate Worksite Evaluator to join our team in the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, and surrounding counties. A Worksite Evaluator is responsible for coordinating and conducting hands-on, real-world assessments at job sites to determine an individual’s strengths, skills, and support needs. These evaluations help inform vocational recommendations and support clients with disabilities in reaching their employment goals.

Primary Job Duties Include:

Identify and contact businesses within the client’s area of residence and career interest to coordinate worksite evaluations. Conduct worksite evaluations, complete evaluation forms, and submit detailed reports within specified deadlines. Upload all relevant documentation into our internal system and maintain accurate records of client and vendor contact. Proactively build relationships with employers, including cold calling and on-site visits, to identify potential worksite opportunities. Maintain and update vendor databases and collaborate with vocational evaluators and other staff.

Additional Duties May Include:

Confirm client appointments and send reminders as needed. Send confirmation emails to clients and referral sources in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Adhere to all timelines and documentation standards outlined in the SOW. Participate in virtual or in-person staff meetings and professional development sessions. Promote company materials to employers, if applicable. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Use professional communication through company email (Outlook) and in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities; preferred backgrounds include job coaching, vocational evaluation, or vocational rehabilitation counseling. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance. Able to work independently in a field-based role while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Must pass a background check.
