Our agency recognizes the incredible value of great job coaches and wants to provide you with a remote subcontracting opportunity that allows you to continue serving VR customers (ES/SE/OJT/DISCO) while also providing you the ability to earn 80% of every dollar you bill. If you are selected for this position, you will join an elite team of statewide subcontractors earning the highest commission offered by any organization across the State without a non- compete or the need to resign from your existing position. Only applicants with the following required qualifications will be considered: 3-4 years of successful Employment Specialist experience providing employment services to customers referred by Florida VR and a H.S. diploma OR an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of successful experience providing employment services to Florida VR customers OR a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus one year of successful experience providing employment services to Florida VR customers. You also must have already completed a “Best Practices of Supported Employment” training and provide a copy of your Certificate. Additionally, you must also be able to pass a level 2 background check; have access to reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license; auto registration; and auto insurance coverage- minimum ($50,000 property/$100,000 personal injury liability); a supported employment certificate and the ability to pass a brief quiz on the VR Employment Services Manual.
