Service Tower Specialist/LAC FedEx – 3.5 Miami, FL Job Details Full-time 6 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Mid-level Master’s degree Analysis skills Bachelor’s degree Organizational skills 2 years Full Job Description Under general supervision, performs and reviews specific processes and procedures within and across departments to support achievement of regional, divisional and corporate goals. Essential Functions Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.

Main responsibilities include:

internal and external quality measurement (Service Tower), performance management, communication office, daily/ weekly service monitoring, process compliance, stakeholder management/ engagement. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Two (2) years related experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
