This position is essential for fostering relationships with employers and ensuring our graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of the workforce. Responsibilities Develop and implement career services programs that support student success and employment outcomes. Provide mentoring and academic advising to students regarding career options and job search strategies. Establish partnerships with local healthcare organizations for student internships and job placements. Conduct workshops on resume writing, interviewing skills, and professional development. Utilize Ellucian and PeopleSoft systems to track student progress and employment data. Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum based on industry needs.
