We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Supported Employment Specialist to join our team in Zephyrhills, FL . This role involves helping individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment achieve their vocational goals through career planning, job development, placement, and retention services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop individualized employment plans tailored to client strengths and goals Provide job coaching, resume assistance, interview preparation, and on-site support as needed Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities Monitor client progress and provide follow-up services to ensure job retention Collaborate with case managers, counselors, and other support staff Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field strongly preferred Knowledge of local job market and community resources Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must pass background screening
