Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

First Shift – 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
JOB FUNCTIONS
Entry level client serving position for individuals with limited counseling skills and/or experience. Involves responsibility for the health, safety, and security of clients assigned. Involves transportation of clients in an approved agency vehicle. Under appropriate supervision, may provide information and education to clients in a group setting. Provides 24-hour coverage during assigned shift.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma, some college preferred.
One (1) year experience in treatment, counseling education, or related field preferred. A comparable amount of training, education, or experience may be substituted for the above minimum qualifications.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS
Current Florida driver’s license (Class D).
Must be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles.
