Your key responsibilities include:

Cultivating new business connections for clients Facilitating client intake and placements Developing tailored accommodations for clients Maintaining clear communication with clients and their support networks Documenting precise case notes and deliverables Conducting staff training reviews and completing monthly summaries

Requirements:

High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred Experience with individuals with disabilities desirable but not mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and web-based database systems Flexibility in scheduling; availability during days, evenings, and weekends Ability to clear a level 2 background check Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
