Supported Employment Coach (Part-Time/ PRN)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals in job exploration, resume building, applications, and mock interviewsProvide on-site coaching and job task training to ensure successful integration into the workforceSupport skill-building for job retention, advancement, and workplace communicationHelp recipients identify career goals, align opportunities with abilities, and participate in all aspects of job developmentFacilitate transportation coordination and scheduling when neededAssist with small business planning or self-employment if chosen by the recipientCollaborate with families, employers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and follow through on Individual Support Plans (ISPs)Complete progress notes and maintain compliance with APD and Medicaid documentation standardsQualifications (Must meet one of the following):
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Rehabilitative Science, Business, or related fieldAssociates degree or 2 years of college and 2 years of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesOne year of college and 3 years of documented experience with the target populationA minimum of 4 years of direct, documented professional experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (can substitute for college on a year-for-year basis)
