If you are a brown or black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have a drive to inspire, lead, and teach others, we want YOU to join our team and change lives—starting with your students! As our BJJ Coach / Trainer, you’ll be at the heart of our community, leading classes and shaping the future of our program. From beginners to advanced practitioners, you’ll help students reach their full potential, guiding them through every roll and challenge. You’ll also have the opportunity to work one-on-one with members, helping them achieve their personal fitness and Jiu-Jitsu goals. What We’re Looking For:

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black or Brown Belt (required) 2-3 years of teaching and/or coaching experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu A passion for competition , though competition experience is not required Experience coaching group classes and working with individual students of all levels A positive, high-energy personality who is people-oriented and ready to build relationships with students
