Your Role:

Ocean Import/Export Coordinator
You will be responsible for managing ocean import/export shipments, ensuring fullpliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service. ?

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage end-to-end ocean import or export shipments
✅ Pre-alert agents and shippers,anize and prepare required documentation
✅ Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination
✅ Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading
✅ Ensurepliance with all international shipping regulations
✅ Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing
✅ Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strongmunication with clients ?

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations
✔ Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics
✔ Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills
✔ Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
✔ Problem-solving & decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry
✔ Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred)
