Your Role:
Ocean Import/Export Coordinator
You will be responsible for managing ocean import/export shipments, ensuring fullpliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service. π
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ocean import or export shipments
β
Pre-alert agents and shippers,anize and prepare required documentation
β
Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination
β
Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading
β
Ensurepliance with all international shipping regulations
β
Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing
β
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strongmunication with clients π―
What We’re Looking For:
β 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations
β Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics
β Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills
β Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
β Problem-solving & decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry
β Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred)
