In-Person We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral HealthConsultant to join an amazing team. In this role, you will workwith clients to assess their mental health needs, developpersonalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support andguidance. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals,conduct individual and group sessions, and utilize evidence-basedpractices to promote positive behavioral change. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in (MSW) or arelated field, strong communication skills, and a passion forimproving the well-being of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ behaviorpatterns and challenges Develop personalized action plans and strategies for behaviormodification Provide one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual and occasionalin-person) Help clients set SMART goals and create achievablemilestones Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques for positivebehavior support Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain detailed records of client interactions andprogress Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensiveclient support Stay updated on the latest research and trends in behavioralcoaching
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field(Master’s preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral coaching orrelated field Strong understanding of behavior modification techniques andhabit formation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalrelationships with clients Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom,Skype) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and aspart of a team •
