Helping the underserved population gain employment This Position is Temp to Perm paying $25 dollars an hour first on temp and then converting to an annual salary up to $55,000 plus potential bonuses The role is Monday to Friday-9am to 5pm Objective of this role
- Maintain a caseload of clients, both virtual and onsite, ensuring their progress through the program and providing direct employment support for a diverse group of participants
- Provide support through developing and maintaining community and employment partnerships
- Consult and direct clients on obtaining employment goals, overcoming barriers, and navigating their return to work
- Respond to need inquiries Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s Suitability Process
- Paid or volunteer work in social services (preferred, but not required)
- Experience collaborating with individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or substance abuse (preferred, but not required)
- Microsoft 365
- Salesforce (strongly preferred, but not required)
- Ability to complete and pass the Social Security Administration’s CWIC certification (preferred, but not required) Benefits
