Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a compassionate and detail-oriented Family Consultant in Norcross, Georgia. In this meaningful and impactful role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day care for individuals with developmental disabilities, supporting foster youth, and ensuring quality services and compliance across care settings. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. In a Family Consultant job you’ll be responsible for: Managing contracts and waiver services within assigned regions. Ensuring individuals live in safe, growth-oriented environments. Conducting monthly supervisions and completing ISP and Medicaid billing documentation. Overseeing direct care staff, participating in intake and ISP meetings, and acting as a team lead. Maintaining accurate case notes in the Extended Reach system and ensuring timely submissions. Coordinating transportation and attending CCS events and social gatherings with individuals. Participating in the on-call rotation for caseload emergencies Serving as an advocate, support system, and supervisor for individuals and their families. What you’ll need: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or foster youth. Strong understanding of treatment planning and ISP documentation. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, write SOAP notes, and meet strict deadlines. Dependability, emotional balance, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility to be on-call and available in the field and office as required. Comfort with documentation systems such as Extended Reach.
