Essential Functions:

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in teaching, training, coaching, or workforce development preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping individuals with barriers to employment succeed. Familiarity with adult learning principles and workforce readiness topics. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching tools. Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, limited work experience, or other employment barriers.
