MAU is hiring an Associate Relations Leader (ARL) in Augusta, GA. As an Associate Relations Leader, you will support the Site Manager by overseeing MAU associate activities, meeting performance targets, and delivering HR-related support to enhance the associate experience and fulfill client expectations.

Essential Functions
Assist with onboarding and training of facility personnel
Promote a safe work culture through engagement, observations, and safety events
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Support incident investigations and corrective actions
Report safety concerns or violations
Enforce MAU Personal Conduct Rules
Support counseling and Open Door Policy adherence
Assist in quality/performance reviews
Coordinate with department leaders on staffing and deadlines
Maintain Leader Standard Work for ARL role
Notify client supervisors of associate absences
Support associate engagement and retention
Assist with investigations and maintain confidentiality
Follow and document the progressive discipline process
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work occurs in administrative and manufacturing environments
Use of standard office equipment
Exposure to process manufacturing equipment and industrial vehicles
Conditions may range from non-temperature-controlled to GMP clean rooms
Physical Requirements
Lift 5-20 lbs periodically; up to 50 lbs occasionally
Stand/walk for up to 8 hours
Climb stairs multiple times daily
Travel
Rare travel required
Must be flexible for overnight and extended travel for training or startup support
