Lead Employment Specialist As our Lead Employment Specialist, you will provide direct support and leadership to fellow Employment Specialists, including training and mentoring. Our Employment Specialists offer supportive employment services to eligible consumers, who express a desire to work and that, due to the impact and severity of their mental illness have recently lost employment, been underemployed, or unemployed on a frequent or long-term basis. You will work with your clients to create a job search plan, identifying their strengths, vocational skills, and interests, to expedite employment. This role continues to work with the client after hire, providing job coaching, job skill and interpersonal training, until the client no longer needs or desires such specialty services.
