Occupancy Specialist We are seeking an organized and friendly Occupancy Specialist to add to our amazing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Screen and process incoming applications Complete move in procedures and lease documents Necessary skills for this position include: Able to function in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong resident relations skillset Ability to follow up on assigned tasks Dependable with a strong work ethic Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years leasing project based section-8 experience preferred HUD or LIHTC experience preferred Leasing experience

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour
