Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries Facilitate & document group discussions Complete client admission documentation Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring while safety (hourly checks w/ documentation) Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings Recovery Specialist Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
