This position is in-person, 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
Compensation:

Job Responsibilities:
Provide training and coaching to persons served in the Employment Department for the purpose of maintaining contracted jobs in the community. Assist in the implementation of community-based activities (volunteer, paid work, etc.) that promote choice, inclusion, dignity, and respect, while enhancing skill development. Ensure timely arrival and departure at community jobs, assessments, volunteer shifts, and other activities by providing transportation and/or support to use public/private transportation. Provide personal care and assistance to individuals consistent with their medical and physical needs. Adapt and make adjustments to techniques based on abilities and limitations. Complete all documentation required by the agency and regulatory agencies, focusing on providing complete, relevant, and accurate information in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required Desire and passion for serving people with disabilities One year of experience in a training program for persons with developmental disabilities preferred Computer literacy Valid driver’s License and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience Regular and predictable attendance ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Waystone Health & Human Services is a 501c3, nonprofit, human services organization supporting youth and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities; acquired brain injuries; and mental health diagnoses.
