Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment The Re-Entry Case Management Specialist is responsible for: Assessing and evaluating offender needs using designated assessment and risk-assessment instruments.
Monitoring offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations.
Facilitating evidence-based psychoeducational groups for assigned population as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards.
Providing reentry planning for eligible pretrial inmates.
Facilitating reentry/discharge planning for assigned sentenced populations.
Completing Strengths, Needs, and Culture Discovery.
Reentry data/progress transfer within continuum (Middleton, ECPRC, WIT, STAR).
Providing support and guidance for inmate population to navigate and addressing needs/issues (Canteen/Inmate Accounts, Property, Visits, Notary service, grievances, and facility processes). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required
CADC or LADC preferred
Knowledge of local/regional community resources for substance use recovery and reentry stabilization
