Job Summary:

We are seeking acompassionate and dedicated Recovery Specialist. This positionoffers the opportunity to provide crucial medical and emotionalsupport to clients during a pivotal stage in their recovery journeyfrom addiction. The Recovery Specialist will assist clients withindividual case management, group treatment services, and supportin accessing step-down levels of care. Key Responsibilities:

Ensurethe safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring clientactivities. Supervise clients and conduct 30-minute well-beingchecks. Conduct telephone admission screenings and perform otheradmissions duties. Search client belongings on admission anddischarge, or as directed by the supervisor. Complete necessarychecklists, shift documentation, and record-keeping in a timelymanner in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Provideemotional and medical support to clients throughout their recoveryprocess.
