Career Success Coach TEM Careers Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

The Career Success Coach will lead one of the Center for CareerDevelopments (CCD) industry-focused Career Communities (a community ofpractice for students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and otherindustry experts around areas of student career interest that cut acrossdisciplinary boundaries). Responsibilities will include coaching andadvising students on their career development, enhancing engagementwithin the designated Career Community, and developing and implementingtailored workshops, resources, programs and events. The Career SuccessCoach will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the otherCCD teams (including employer engagement, career and life design,operations, data, and marketing) to build strong relationships withrelevant faculty, campus partners, professional associations, employers,and stakeholders connected to the selected industry area. The CareerSuccess Coach will assume responsibility for industry-specific knowledgedevelopment and information sharing, and coordinate with the CCD team tosupport engagement strategies, marketing and communication, andassessment and outcome data collection for their Career Community.

Required Skills Bachelors degree in education, psychology, social work,or similar field required, masters degree preferred, with approximately3-5 years of experience in career services, student affairs, educationadministration, or similar experience. Experience advising and coachingstudents in an educational setting, providing feedback, guidance, andconnections to campus resources Experience designing and deliveringeducational programs, workshops and the like.
