Location:
Hybrid (including in-person at our Training Centers) Inthis job you will: Recruit and engage tutors, mock interviewers, andclassroom assistants, through platforms like social media, volunteerwebsites, and internal networks. Provide orientation, training, andongoing support to volunteers, ensuring they are well-matched withlearners and set up for success. Collaborate with the BEST team toidentify program needs and develop resources to support students andvolunteers. Track and document students? progress using evaluations,attendance records, and case logs while producing reports on programengagement and impact. Gather feedback to continuously improve thestudent experience and the program?s effectiveness. Refer students toresources such as English and skills training classes, public benefitslike SNAP, and financial coaching to support their goals. You?ll play avital role in ensuring both students and volunteers have a positive andimpactful experience with BEST!

Develop strong working relationships withcolleagues and external partners, and participate in meetings to fosterthese relationships. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients,and partners.
