Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Skills & Attributes:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work well within teams. A strong commitment to advocating for youth and building meaningful relationships with local business leaders in the XXX community is essential.

Experience:

Previous experience in education, career development, or related fields is preferred.

Approval:

Maine CHRC approval, or the ability to obtain it, is required. The position will begin July 2025

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

$43,750 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses.

Paid Time Off:

Includes school vacation weeks in December, February, and April, plus 15 additional vacation days.

Sick Leave:

3 weeks of sick time
