Analytics Full Job Description SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Scheduling, this position is responsible for functions identifying and providing new employee education, follow up education and training for experienced staff, department analytics and operational improvements. This is a collaborative role between the Outpatient scheduling team, IT department as well as all Revenue Cycle areas. The Educator is responsible for creating, updating, and providing training and materials to new hires and existing staff, as well as updating staff competencies each year.

EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of experience scheduling/training/educating or as a Team lead in a healthcare related setting. Knowledge of Outpatient scheduling responsibilities. Highschool education, Associates/bachelor�s degree preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS

Must have excellent verbal, listening and written communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in a team environment and collaborate professionally with a variety of individuals in a positive manner. Must be able to prioritize and self-manage for training, tasks, and educational needs. Must be willing and able to communicate complex ideas and systems in understandable terms. Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, or be able to learn to use these systems quickly.
