In this vital role, you will lead the IMPART team, providing essential guidance and oversight. You will participate in client staffing to identify needs and establish treatment goals and assume management responsibilities for assigned cases. A key aspect of your role will be to ensure adherence to system guidelines and provide regular individual supervision and team meetings for your supervisees. You will also review crisis intervention plans, provide direct crisis intervention, and meticulously review client situations and necessary interventions. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing and completing treatment plans and annual assessments, conducting field supervision, and monitoring documentation for compliance. You will actively participate in clinical staffing for clients requiring a higher level of care and assist in making appropriate referrals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reporting critical incidents and managing travel vouchers, while tracking CSS caseloads to ensure appropriate client care. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the IMPART team, ensuring adherence to system guidelines and fostering a collaborative environment. Supervise and mentor team members through regularly scheduled individual sessions and team meetings. Oversee and manage assigned client cases, including participating in staffing to identify problems and establish treatment goals. Review and approve all crisis intervention plans and provide direct crisis intervention when needed. Analyze client situations and implement necessary interventions on an ongoing basis. Develop and complete addendums to annual treatment plans. Conduct and finalize annual assessments. Perform field supervision with Community Support Specialists (CSS’s) and provide backup support as required. Monitor and review all written documentation for compliance with established requirements. Coach and develop CSS’s, providing both positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to achieve performance goals. Initiate and actively engage in clinical staffing for clients needing a higher level of care or extensive consultation. Assist CSS’s in facilitating appropriate referrals based on staffing outcomes and recommendations. Report all critical incidents and staff responses to the Assistant Director and risk management team. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all activities. Review and certify travel vouchers for accuracy and medical necessity. Track CSS caseloads to ensure optimal client care, progress on the suicide care pathway, and achievement of goals. Additional Qualifications:

Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. Ability to communicate effectively in group settings and with diverse individuals. Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence. Aptitude for basic mathematical calculations. Capability to problem-solve in standardized situations. Ability to establish effective relationships through various contacts. Openness to follow direction and accept supervision. Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and those with co-occurring disorders. Physical Requirements Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to move objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing. Primarily sedentary work, with occasional walking or standing for brief periods.
