Requirements:

Peer Support Specialist Certification in NC and HS Diploma/GED as well as Valid Drivers License

Hourly Range:

$18.00- $22.00/hour (based on education/experience)

Schedule:

Full time

Job Duties/Expectations:

Provide lived experience expertise and interact with multi-disciplinary treatment team Prepare and conduct reviews to referral sources and maintain regular contact
Devise treatment plans that reflect current MH/SA treatment planning
Manage client records including medical documents, ROI’s, CCP’s, discharge/aftercare planning
Rotating responsibility for documentation of daily staffing meeting minutes
Provide or arrange transportation for clients to access community resources as needed
Design and facilitate weekly social/educational groups
Emergency services as needed which may include commitment procedures, after hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion.
Other duties as assigned
