High school diploma. Prior employment in a high school preferred. PowerSchool experience preferred. Outstanding people skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Google apps.

JOB GOAL
To provide on-site supervision of the CCP program at
FTCC. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts orientation sessions with the CCP Coordinator on the first day of class. Monitors daily arrival and departure of buses. Collects weekly attendance from CCP Instructors and disseminates to the high schools. Reports any issues regarding attendance, behavior, or grades to the appropriate contact person at the high schools and to the Career Pathways Coordinator. Communicates with CCS Instructors regarding late buses, student attendance, calendar adjustments, etc. Maintains check-in/check-out roster for students. Serves as team player and role model for other employees in the organization; demonstrates a commitment to continuous quality improvement; supports and exhibits organizational core values of caring, respect, integrity, responsibility, high expectations, being customer driven, and valuing diversity. Performs other duties and accepts responsibilities as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Must have finger dexterity and be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of kneeling, sitting, standing, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, seeing, hearing, and repetitive motion.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies required. Must possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
