Job Coach The Arc of Davidson County Lexington, NC 27292 This position provides direct support to people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The Job Coach provides support with learning how to prepare for, procure and participate in competitive community employment. This position works with The Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities ( EIPD ). High school diploma and 2 years of work experience, with one year working with I/DD population required. Must have a North Carolina driver’s license, authorized for coverage under the agency insurance if operating an agency vehicle, have a good driving record, and required level of personal auto insurance.
