We are looking for an enthusiastic Instructor to join our Workforce Learning and Development team at Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support, guidance, and training to participants as they work toward their career and learning goals. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions to build participants’ workforce skills. Conduct intake meetings and regular check-ins to understand participants’ goals and provide personalized guidance. Assist participants with job searches, resume writing, and overcoming challenges to program completion. Maintain organized case files and documentation for program compliance. Collaborate with team members and partner organizations to provide support and track participant progress. Deliver training at partner sites, integrating hands-on learning opportunities. Adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet participant needs.
Additional Information:
Travel within Eastern North Carolina is required, with occasional overnight trips. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Qualifications:
Four year degree or equivalent work experience required No prior experience required ; experience in teaching, tutoring, customer service, or mentoring is a plus. Valid North Carolina Driver’s License. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
