We focus on each individual’s unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.
What We Need:
The Community Coach I assists adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in working one-on-one or in a group setting providing support for activities outside of the home. May have multiple customers on case load. They help customers explore new things, pursue their interests, find people to socialize with, find groups to join, etc.
What You’ll Do:
Work one-on-one or one-on-three providing support for activities in the Charlotte area Help customers explore new things, pursue their interests, & help with socialization Responsible to oversee customer participation in activities as described in the goal plan Maintain health and safety of everyone Provide reliable transportation Maintains credentials (training) Assure confidentiality
Qualifications:
At least one-year experience working with I/DD & Special populations A high school diploma or GED required Willing to provide customer transportation using your vehicle Valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
ASL:
American Sign Language Certification required.
Hours :
Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

Rate :
