Bilingual WMS Trainer (Creole)

General Summary:

We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Management System (WMS)Trainer to join our team and support the training of the WMS. Theideal candidate will have prior experience with WMS systems and apassion for educating others in a warehouse or logisticsenvironment. This role is crucial in ensuring our team membersunderstand and utilize the WMS efficiently, enhancing ouroperational accuracy, speed, and productivity.

Required Skills:

3+ Years experience in warehouse or logistics environment 1 Year experience with training deliver with Warehouse ManagementSystems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, EWM, Blue Yonder) Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and engage in constantmovement. Excellent communication skills, ability to present complexinformation with diverse employee groups. Must be bilingual in

Creole and English Responsibilities:
Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions in both English andCreole to ensure full understanding among all team members

Onboarding:

Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they receivecomprehensive training on WMS and company-specific workflows.

Troubleshooting:

Provide on the floor support, troubleshootingWMS-related issues, helping employees overcome challenges to ensureseamless operations.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Gather feedback from users andsupervisors to enhance the training experience and identify furthertraining needs.
