Job Overview The Equipment Services Scheduling Specialist serves as the scheduling team lead by providing direction, instructions, and guidance to schedulers. This position is the primary backup to schedulers, reset, and billing teammates within the Centralized Scheduling team. The Equipment Services Scheduling Specialist cultivates new business relationships, builds and cultivates prospect relationships, and works closely with the Equipment Services Field Service, sales, and support teams to ensure execution standards and service targets are met.
Duties & Responsibilities Serves as primary backup coverage for all scheduling functions and may be required to manage multiple areas. Manages relief coverage and ensures timely and thorough hand-off of completed work through debriefs with leaders
Assists with training and performance coaching; works closely with the leadership team to identify training gaps and opportunities
Works closely with the leadership team to help to maintain consistent documentation of positive and negative feedback for training and lessons learned purposes
Acts as a problem solver to improve scheduling process and overall operations
Identifies and communicates scheduling opportunities associated with delayed customer service and scheduled service level agreements
Oversees scheduling projects and serves as the point of contact
Acts as a resource for other scheduling team members Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Intermediate level with Microsoft Office Suite
