JOB DESCRIPTION

Opportunity
Responsible for executing Project Services onboarding and training initiatives to prepare new employees for work readiness, supporting the growth of theanization. Foster a positive employment relationship with the Company while promoting proper equipment operation andpliance with environmental, transportation, health and safety issuesrequirements for a variety of field positions. Maintain collaborative relationships with corporate talent acquisition, central training and other regional onboarding centers of excellence.
This opportunity is part-time, as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary starts at $30hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities
Manage the timely coordination and execution of Clean Harbors onboarding requirements.
Ensure new hires are knowledgeable and aware of relevantpany policies, procedures and standards. Assign relevant eLearning content and schedule new hires for required instructor led virtual andor hands-on training. Coordinate travel, as appropriate.
Liaise between human resources, training, and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and quality experience.
Evaluate training performance and provide feedback on progress, as appropriate, to employees and managers.
Deliver instructor led, virtual andor hands-on training, based on customer alignment.
Partner with central training to provide feedback on employee experience and provide rmendations to improve time to work-ready.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of human resources and onboarding experience with direct employee interaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams, supporting customer goals.
Effectivemunication skills,anizational abilities, and deadline management.
Always maintain honesty and integrity.
Strong work ethic.
Adept at working independently and in a team.
Knowledge of field hourly labor andormercial driving responsibilities
Proficiency withputer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting and metrics.
Physical Requirements
Requires speaking, listening, understanding, and writing English; color determination, depth perception, clarity of vision, and 2020 eyesight (corrected or uncorrected).
Maintains a clean andanized work environment, and a clean personal appearance.
Ability tomunicate via Telephone.
Ability to use web conferencingremote equipment as a means ofmunication.
Tolerance for loud environments.
