Your Role:

Ocean Import/Export Coordinator You will be responsible for managing ocean import/export shipments, ensuring fullpliance with
international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ocean import or export shipments Pre-alert agents and shippers;anize and prepare required documentation Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading Ensurepliance with all international shipping regulations Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strongmunication with clients

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred) Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Why Join This Team?
