• Responsibilities for the Career Advisor include, but are not limited to:
• + Build strong one-on-one relationships with clients to help overcome barriers to employment.

+ Conduct individualized assessments and provide consistent, comprehensive case management and follow-up. + Lead orientations for new customers and ensure outcomes and goals are met per contract requirements. + Facilitate professional development workshops and ensure high-quality, business-relevant content. + Maintain an organized database of client interactions and ensure thorough documentation of all activities. + Assist with enrollment documentation and ensure participants follow through with program milestones. + Make appropriate referrals to community or social service agencies when necessary. + Track placement data and assist with preparation of participation and placement reports. + Collaborate with internal teams to manage program components, from workshops to grant disbursement. + Work with the business services team to align client training with job market demands. + Support center-wide operations, including compliance standards and intake services. + Participate in staff training, professional development, and process improvement initiatives. + Other duties as assigned.

• Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Healthcare, Communications, or related field.

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in career advisement, workforce development, or related roles. + Strong facilitation and public speaking skills; experience developing and delivering workforce curricula. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to maintain flexibility and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. + Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs required. + Strong leadership skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders and goals. + Understanding of various career paths; healthcare knowledge a plus. + Customer service experience is required.
