Are you passionate about helping others achieve their career goals? We’re looking for a dedicated Career Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen, NC. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers to ovee employment barriers and support their journey toward meaningful work.
What You’ll Do
Provide personalized case management and employment guidance
Lead orientations and facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops
Maintain accurate records and detailed case notes
Coordinate with employers to assist clients with job placement
Refer clients to appropriatemunity resources
Manage program functions such as workshop facilitation, grant tracking, andpliance support
Assist with client intake and contribute to performance and placement reporting
Ensure operations meet contractual and quality standards
Collaborate with staff to supportmunication and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field (required)
At least 2 years of experience in career advisement, workshop facilitation, or workforce development
Strongputer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Excellentmunication,anization, and public speaking abilities
Familiarity with various career pathways, particularly in healthcare (preferred)
Prior customer service experience

Pay Details:

$21.15 per hour
